What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a funnel marketing approach and why should online marketers develop one?

It is a marketing strategy designed to attract potential customers to your site. It is a selling process by which a person comes to your blog looking for information that can help to solve a particular issue. But, with the help of specific tools, you can learn how to build a relationship with each visitor.

This will help you better understand each visitor's needs. This will allow you to provide the best information possible to all visitors. When you earn the trust of a visitor they are more likely to purchase your products. The visitor becomes a customer.

At some point the majority of customers become very loyal clients who are ready to buy any product that your website promotes. A marketing funnel describes the steps involved in turning a visitor to your site into a client who will return to you for future purchases.

For every internet marketing professional, this is the final objective. It is achievable by using a funnel that is well-designed.

You've got your marketing resources to grab people's interest and bring them into your funnel. When they fill out your PERSONAL form, they are automatically enrolled in the funnel. Since they're not likely to sign up for your lead capture page for business I'm using the term "personal". They would like to be leaders, not an organization.

The lead capture page is where they enter the funnel. When they click the "Sign up Now" or "Enter here" buttons, they are able to access a whole different world of network marketing.

The best aspect is that they have qualified themselves to be able to do it. It's up to them. They don't need to pay you as a leader or mentor. You can also show them how they can get more leads and cash into their businesses.

This is the way a typical marketing channel works.

On the "front-end" you can offer a free offer to attract and qualify people who may have an interest to purchase your products further down the sales funnel. You must sign up to receive the free product.

Now that you have the contacts on your account, you are able to send related offers to them.

After signing up for the offer, they'll be taken to a page that offers a low price or what is known as the tripwire offer. This is where they'll be taken to the "backend" of funnel.

The purchaser are taken to a related offer at less cost when they buy the lower-cost offer (also known as an upsell). And if the person also buys this higher priced offer, they will again be transferred to the next product with a more expensive price. This can go on and on...
